On November 22, the Philadelphia Marathon will attract more than 35,000 participants from all 50 States, the District of Columbia, and over 40 countries worldwide. I couldn't be more excited to make this my second (and hopefully faster) 26.2 race.

Sunrise at The National Medal of Honor Museum in Arlington, Texas, a stunningly beautiful tribute to the members of our armed forces who risked their lives above and beyond the call of duty. As of February 2025, 3,547 Medals of Honor have been awarded.

Honored to be racing with 3,500 triathletes here at the Challenge New Jersey State Triathlon outside of Trenton. This mornings race is a 500m swim, a 13 mile ride and a 3 mile run. Let’s do this!
