clearing out old files and came across this stunning example of my storyboard work for a project with @grimmcore.bsky.social last year. once again game devs i am available for hire if you need this kind of outstanding ability (of course you do, look at it)

latest culprit: the very first flight shifted to the buttcrack of dawn (except earlier than dawn by a mile, because almost-polar winter). i don't sleep while traveling! it's already a super long haul! no thank you!!!!

This December I'll be taking another wonderful crew of friends through an @albyonabsey.bsky.social Location! As before, we'd love YOUR help to decide whence we travel next: Hirathaya, a place of Life & Undeath in Mycelial Mists? Or Meadowmont, a Mountainous Vale Most Arcane?
"T'is of the living, and of the dead, this Hirathaya. The here & there, the lost & found, above & below. 55 miles between two Villages, each unknown to the other, kept apart by choking mycelial mists most thick, and braced by a sheer cliff-face of glistening green moss agate, copperish chalcopyrite, and cinnabar. The dead descend H’ir’s sharp ravine, and are deeply mourned as they depart. But, hark! An arcane spark shrouds their falling wherein a new life then returns! Downwards to the leaf-littered A’thaya below they come, to shamble, shed & shimmer on, composting gently as they go. Their souls soon thereafter in lanterns ascend, untethered from their roaming bodies which know'st no end, to fertilise arcanely, a feast for the worms & mushrooming mould. And so myths and superstitions bear such spores, of both the far above and low below, of a place beyond damp sodden mists e'er full of mycelial gifts - of old flesh, new ether, lantern trinkets and ripely fruit-flied prayers." "O'er misty mountain-top peaks the Traveller has roamed, knee deep through crystalline drifts of snow. Ever-most and high the blinding sun does not relent, nor so the biting bitter winds and threat of avalanche as, step by step, towards one final frost-crested Cairn the expectant gaze lifts, at last. For beyond this circlet summit's pinnacled range there nestles a deep plateau; a low slung vale most arcane where blooms the vastly mysterious orchards of Meadowmont. And, suddenly, low through the nectar mists a sight most unexpected arrives ... of honey-bees, bumbling, buzzing and busily come, each as big as a whisky barrel. At the centre of this idyll, a lone Windmill is perched; our destination's truest treasure - for it houses the most exhaustive collection of scrolls, tablets and writings pertaining to the many creatures and beasts of this, or any, land ever compiled. A monstrous trove like no other ... here ... in the Valley of Meadowmont."
