But in #TrillionsNotBillions in Public Finance flowing for mitigation, adaptation & #LossAndDamage #CatsForClimateJustice

👀Opening plenary at #COP29, now turning to the opening of the CMA and eyes on whether any State will step up & not allow the "standards" approved by the #Article6o4 Supervisory Body to go through without debate (hint: they should NOT).

😯It took an unprecedented step to adopt standards and declare them in force with no oversight from Parties at #COP29. Basically telling the Parties to just sit back and accept without question.
