We disagree. I look and see that MAGA won. Complacency fell to anger. Empathy fell to spite.

They are not mutually exclusive. But I think not recognizing the ideological extremism as a factor in to the current once-GOP's success is failing to, as you say, know the opponent.

4. Working on myself continues. Rebuilding health, continuing therapy, deeper meditation, more Wiccan rituals. Maybe past-life exploration and/or reconnecting with spirit guides. I am in a completely different world-frame than 3 years ago. Crazy. Then again, so is a 2nd Trump presidency.
