"...unless I decide to use excessive strength and force..."

Not that he cares, but this why the power to declare war is in Article I of the Constitution.

Also, since when has Stephen Miller cared about International Law?

Sorry that's happening, David. I am using the Brave browser on a mac (15.6.1) and it's not doing that. Hope this helps tech support narrow down the issue. I know it can be frustrating all around when they can't recreate it.

oooh, a vote. Wouldn't this just be performative? To really constrain the administration, you'd need a law to pass both houses of Congress and then be signed by the President. Or a court order that he's violating current law. Or an impeachment AND trial in the Senate.

Am I missing something here?

Not for nothing, but it seems to me that if I was in FRONT of the car and fired a shot that hit the lower corner (as depicted in photo), the bullet would hit the side window/door. For me to hit the driver through THAT hole, I'd have to be off to the side of the car.

So signed treaty? Has the force of law in the US, right? (serious question)

Yep. Perfected the "love to hate him" role.

Two of my favorite movies.

One of the coolest/oddest bits of trivia about Die Hard is that the actor who played Ellis was also the arrogant frat bro Rod in Breaking Away a decade earlier.

...you've done nothing for the cost of health insurance, which is important to have in case of something really bad (cancer, operation, etc.) I.e., things for which the vouchers won't be enough.

5). They cling to cost transparency as some market-based fix-all. Who price shops cancer treatments?
