I usually hit roasted veggies (Brussels sprouts, carrots) or grilled veggies (squash, onions, grape tomatoes) with olive oil (specifically NOT EVOO because of smoke point) or avocado oil or butter + adobo… and I mean adobo is like garlic salt + black pepper.
