These bills prevent local cities and counties from using flags to recognize their own communities or make them welcoming to residents and tourists. Floridians deserve leaders focused on solving real problems, not weaponizing government to erase LGBTQ people from public life.

But here’s the truth they’re hoping we forget: Florida law explicitly prohibits partisan redistricting. Our Fair Districts Amendments were passed by millions of voters who demanded transparency, fairness, and maps drawn for people — not politicians.

These maps aren’t neutral. They’re engineered to tilt the scales for Donald Trump and extremists in DC and Tallahassee before any of us cast a vote.
