These bills prevent local cities and counties from using flags to recognize their own communities or make them welcoming to residents and tourists. Floridians deserve leaders focused on solving real problems, not weaponizing government to erase LGBTQ people from public life.

The Pride flag is a symbol of safety, inclusion, & community for millions of Floridians. But here’s the truth they’re hoping we forget: Florida law explicitly prohibits partisan redistricting. Our Fair Districts Amendments were passed by millions of voters who demanded transparency, fairness, and maps drawn for people — not politicians.
