Art. I of the Constitution gives Congress the power to make rules and regulations for the armed forces — including codes of discipline and strictures against following illegal orders. You can’t punish members of Congress for articulating those rules. Also protected by Speech and Debate Clause.

But I also think Trump has a brain that has nearly 80 years of experience growing into a liar/deceiver/manipulator.
Which tells me that he will eventually (or already has) reach(ed) a level where he'll lie/deceive/manipulate while essentially on autopilot.

Oh.. he’s well beyond the 25th Amendment territory. I’ve seen that look before, and my dad, who had dementia was wearing it. trump clearly no longer has a toehold in reality..
