Spot on! And the moral imperative is no longer a cultural mandate, it has become second shelf to a litany of private desire, driven by impulse and not a little rage—whatever happened to common sense and decency?

Departing WHO has absolutely no benefit. As a retired immunologist with 47 years research and 81 papers in top tier journals, I can tell you unequivocally that isolation is the first step toward ignorance. At worst, nothing to lose to continue on and participate in the dynamics of world health.
