It's hard. It's really, really fucking hard esp on the end of doing the interviews. Background checking, vouches, vibe checks, scheduling, planning, handling expectations and knowing how to reject people

oh yes it's really, REALLY helped me as an as-needed! I forst started it when I was on sertraline and wellbutrin, so ik it's safe w those. It's also an antihistamine so keep that in mind!

have you tried hydroxazine before? I had to stop using it when I took vyvanse, but it's a lifesaver in a pinch for panic attacks and insomnia
