Canadian here…today I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy (fun) at a whopping cost of zero, nada, zilch.
I wonder if I would have had the preventative procedure if there was a cost to it.

Cost for an MRI for an uninsured American is between $400-12,000, depending on what they’re scanning, brain being the most expensive…. Especially if you have a big a brain like Dumpy.
In Canada, zip, nada regardless of what they’re scanning.
