Check out this macro GROW_ARRAY. If you’re unfamiliar, a C macro is just a fancy way of rewriting the text of the source code before it gets sent to the compiler. The cool thing I noticed was that the first argument to the macro is a type!

My goal for the new year is to read (at least) one page of a book every day (thanks @davidpierce.xyz ). I’m starting with a beautiful textbook on compilers: Essentials of Compilation, An incremental approach in Python, by Jeremy G. Siek. Love it so far!
