Vulcan Energy have made significant progress over the past week.
~ The EIB has conditionally approved a loan of up to €600 million.
~ EFA and a group of 7 commercial banks have conditionally approved a loan of €879 million.

Rio Tinto are investing another $2.5 billion into an Argentinian Lithium project and will be using new DLE technology.
This comes after October's takeover of Arcadium Lithium in a $6.5 billion deal.
Lithium prices are low and they are taking advantage.

The Board of the European Investment Bank (EIB) has approved its participation in the Company’s debt financing process for its Phase One Project.
The EIB’s proposed financing could amount to up to €500m

Take a look at the dominance of China in Rare Earths - used in car batteries, windfarms, drones, robotics and the discovery of space. We can find RE's everywhere but processing RE's is expensive and potentially environmentally damaging.

Ionic Rare Earths (ASX: IXR) has applied for a grant from the UK government to fast track the development of its commercial-scale rare earth oxide (REO) manufacturing facility.
They are short of cash but a very interesting stock to watch if looking for a 10x return.

The timing of yesterdays RE export ban from China could be very interesting for Critical Metals (CRML) and therefore even more interesting for European Lithium (EUR.ASX) which owns 83% of CRML.
CRML today up approx. +15% and valued at $822 million.
EUR today up +3% and valued at approx. $50m.

On Dec. 3 China banned exports to the U.S. of items related to gallium, germanium & antimony, the latest escalation of trade tensions.
Who knows what is next, but this should help raise awareness of the supply-chain issues around these critical minerals.
