End Workplace Abuse
@endworkplaceabuse.bsky.social
We must create safe workplaces for everyone NOW. Our lives depend on it. http://endworkplaceabuse.com
We regulate physical hazards.

We regulate financial misconduct.

Why is psychological harm still treated as “part of the job”?

The Workplace Psychological Safety Act is almost ready.

Annual performance reviews are just weapons to create a false narrative.

If employers truly cared about performance, they'd meet with them regularly 1:1 and with compassion.

The status quo is about power and control.

Psychological harm at work disproportionately impacts women, disabled workers, and workers of color.

Pennsylvania can address this gap directly.

The WPSA is coming.

Who's suffered from abuse at work and felt like the way out was one of a bunch of bad options?
January 28, 2026 at 10:10 PM
Bullying, gaslighting, and retaliation drive turnover, disability claims, and lawsuits.

That’s bad for workers and employers.

The Workplace Psychological Safety Act is nearly ready in PA.

There are few bigger tantrums at work than from a boss getting seen for being an incompetent fraud.
January 27, 2026 at 10:10 PM
No worker should have to choose between a paycheck and their mental health.

The Workplace Psychological Safety Act focuses on prevention, accountability, and early intervention — and it’s almost here.

There's one group of people likely to get targeted at work who no one talks about: introverts.

If physical safety belongs in the workplace, so does psychological safety.

PA lawmakers have an opportunity to lead.

The Workplace Psychological Safety Act is coming soon.

For most people, the fear of losing financial security is the hardest part of leaving a toxic job.

Feeling betrayed is a close second.
January 25, 2026 at 10:10 PM
It's not the initial abuse at work that stings the most for workers. It's not being ignored or blamed after speaking up either.

It's getting quietly pushed out.
January 24, 2026 at 10:10 PM
There's a playbook to workplace abuse:
You speak up about an issue.Your insecure boss sees it as a threat. They spread a false narrative about you to push you out.You leave and are traumatized.
January 23, 2026 at 10:10 PM
Toxic workplaces aren’t “personality conflicts.”

They’re a public health and economic issue.

The Workplace Psychological Safety Act is nearly ready in PA.

Prevention is leadership.
