Thanks for weighing in! I'm saying that it's ageist, because it is, demonstrating stereotyping about older people and younger people. Happy to share some resources with you if you'd like to learn more about #ageism and how it shows up. And comparing me to MAGA? A really low blow.🙄

So true, and to the detriment of employers, who could definitely benefit from experienced talent right now.
