Well, Slot will come out and say it’s a tactical decision even though he doesn’t seem to find a way to address the ongoing issues. With or without Salah, I don’t expect positive results in the coming few days.

There are multiple issues in the club. Salah’s form at the moment is one of them. Him wanting to play and break records is natural. If he has an issue with the coach, he has every right to voice his opinion, or force his way out.

The same supporters who wanted Salah to extend his contract last summer now want him to be benched since he doesn’t score goals as he used to. Seriously, he should’ve left the club in the summer while he was at his best.
