I feel exactly the same way as Mapson. I had such a fun time this weekend and even though 9-6 isn’t great, I’m very happy with my play and my mental game. Vegas as a city sucks, but the food was great and the friends were amazing.
Finished 9-6 at the RC which was not good for any prizing but was good for my mental health. Had a great time hanging out with friends, eating great food, and playing against generally very pleasant opponents.

Just finished Day 1 of my friend group’s Cubemas weekend! Drafted an Oops! All Combos Cube and a Pure Devotion cube (all the Theros gods and no generic mana symbols). In the first cube I drafted Abzan Selvala Pod and in the second cube I drafted Abzan beat-down.

Just finished Day 1 of my friend group’s Cubemas weekend! Drafted an Oops! All Combos Cube and a Pure Devotion cube (all the Theros gods and no generic mana symbols). In the first cube I drafted Abzan Selvala Pod and in the second cube I drafted Abzan beat-down.

We’ve been playing a lot of Canadian Highlander on our lunch breaks at the Command Zone. So a few months ago, we started a Lunch League! Yesterday, I won our first tournament, going 6-0 with mono-white Death & Taxes.
