Aww totally, more annoyed with the paper. First job should be to ask ‘wait is that true show me figures? RTB has this data, easy to look up. Most left last year cos the house was now worth more than they paid for it. Like the tax thing. Only 5% gave tax as a reason for leaving the rental market.

I’d highly recommend reading BreakNeck by Dan Wang, its on audible also. This article doesn’t do it justice.

He also says ditching yearly targets is prudent. Yeah because if they miss the yearly targets as they have done every year, they can say we’ll catch up by 2030. Like the promise to do your homework on Sunday night.
