Tomorrow is a month away from Xmas Eve. Please have a look to see if you have any children's clothes, books, toys, etc that are no longer needed & donate them to your local charity shop ASAP. The demand for these items is now, not after Xmas. People are skint but still want to make Xmas special. ❤️

I have been signed off work for the next four weeks with stress and anxiety. I’m not going to bang on about it. But it’s a thing. If you have a kind manager, cherish them - I’ve been well looked after by the people I work with and I’m grateful for that. It doesn’t make my mothers situation

Watched the @realgdt.bsky.social #frankenstein tonight. Very much enjoyed that. Even the teen who generally doesn’t watch anything that isn’t animated and in Japanese apparently liked it. It must be thirty years since I read it so am going to dig it out and remind myself how the original goes

Glorious morning for a run. Did my favourite 10k local loop for the last time until spring when it dries up (there’s about a mile of trail and it was super slippy today). PR up the hill (86m) to get to it, which feels good 😊 #runchat

Booked things next year to look forward to today. Cotswold Maverick run in July - did 15k this year and last and am stepping up to 23k in 2026. And our family tickets to Fantasy Forest in July. Also done that for the past two years and just love how much fun it is #fantasyforest #fanforfest #runchat
