Anyway I hope those who are in my life, know that I'm loyal, will never hurt you and will always be there even when my time blindness and object permanence, makes you think I've forgotten about you. I haven't you'll always be in my heart.

With my AuDHD & RSD, I know I can be a "too much" for some, however I don't know how to be anything but me, even when I've tried to dial it back a notch, my brain hyperfocuses and takes over.

I've learnt (the hard way) that my real friends understand me and know that my kindness, generosity, support is genuine with no ulterior motive.
It was how I was brought up to be - help those who need it, listen, be caring, be patient, no judgement, be kind and generous to all.
