Hello! Both cams are only up for specific dates. The Calif cam shut down when all the snakes left in Oct. It will be back next summer. Colorado cam shuts down on Tues, will be back in April. Also a third cam in PA in April!

Great questions- one way to study this would be to look at stress hormones to make sure they're not higher in cohabited animals. I think the ball python experiment they discussed suggests that the snakes just want to be together!
