A year ago today I went on a date I was sooo excited about. He had nothing but bottled water because he was so scared of gluten contamination. He asked if I was ok with his bald spot. He cleared the snow and ice off my car while I sat inside and then kissed me so well I forgot all about the cold.

Woke up at 4am to the sounds of a distant but intense argument. Wondered if I should call the cops, and if it was safe to poke my head out the front door to see if someone was in danger. Then the furnace turned off and in the quiet I realized it was SpongeBob and Patrick fighting on the tv.
