Some people react to certain brands but do better with others. And very sensitive people often start with just a few drops a day & work up from there. But some of us just have paradoxical reactions 😭 Benadryl & hydroxyzine which are both supposed to make you sleepy make me wired & anxious instead

Not a word about Long Covid or how infectious disease is likely responsible for MANY of the chronic diseases that make life miserable for young/middle aged people. Perhaps if mainstream sources talked about this pandemic reality, the average American would care more about prevention

Thank you. I can kinda laugh about it but I’m afraid I won’t be able to relax anymore under this magical tree for fear of dead rats falling on me & that’s actually a huge bummer when your world is so small!
