The need to return to work shouldn't limit parents' choices in how they feed their newborn. These changes to #TANF show it's possible to support parents at their most vulnerable, and that increasing access to these programs must be considered to improve #healthequity.

While most people want to breastfeed, they face barriers like having to return to work right after birth. Providing cash to families, especially without imposing #workrequirements, allows for more parents to stay home with their newborn.
