okay, I’m interested in what part of the human digital art process does this. i cant think of any program ive ever used that needs servers and bandwidth to function at all times. is it just from using the computer itself?

big day for the people who dont give a shit if people lose their jobs as long as technology progresses

was starting to feel better about it until i got to this part, so it only accounts for the generation itself and not any other part of the process…and then theres the massive rate at which its all being produced that i discussed later in the thread..hm

this just doesnt sound true. and if it was...why? and why do we want a machine to do that stuff?
November 20, 2025 at 6:28 AM
same thing, the program itself had effort put into it while the generated images didnt, therefore i see no value in them
November 20, 2025 at 6:22 AM
yea but the people using it had no part in making the machine. i dont really care if the thing people are using to make slop originally had effort put into it, that does not matter to me
November 20, 2025 at 6:18 AM
yea thats why i said this one is an opinion and not a moral issue
November 20, 2025 at 6:11 AM
all of this is just a more complex way of describing somebody putting words into a machine and letting it do all of the legwork. they didnt make anything, at most they just described what they wanted to make.

this is the same thing for me, if you swap guns and ai
