I did it! I caught up logging all of my film and tv watches since the summer!
Drawn on a Boox Air 10.3 eInk tablet.

I anticipated that it would be good, but this graphic novel is stunning!
Maybe the best thing I've read this year.

8 more entries in my #Boox tv/show log. Nearly caught up since I started tracking in the summer.
I've watched so many incredible shows this year. Vice Principals was a total surprise, and Solar Opposites ended on a good note.

Still chipping away at this backlog. I've enjoyed taking different approaches to drawing faces. I find that the more I draw, the more I simplify. The Studio is one of the best shows I've watched so far this year.

Working on the show/film doodle sketch backlog.
The Bear is one of my favourite shows currently airing, and I can't believe it took me so long to start watching Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Very behind on my tv/film doodle log, so I did a few during tonight's game ⚾
Tonight I tackled The Naked Gun, and Side Quest, a 4 episode spin off of Mythic Quest. Drawn on a Boox eInk tablet.

A few drinks, a glue stick, and some old LCBO and NatGeo magazines resulted in an 8 page zine about a creepy picnic.
Collage is an underrated form of creativity.

This pizza and cool ranch Doritos Collisions piqued my interest, but now I can't unsee the red/blue background bisected by a white lightning bolt as anything other than a Grateful Dead homage.

I made myself a new tote bag to show off some of my pins and patches. I haven't decided which ones will live here, and which will adorn my future battle vest.

Made a little show-log sketch page as a test of my new eInk notebook. Yes, I'm very behind and just finished Ashoka.
Shading process was a bit rough, so maybe I need to find a better drawing app for it.

Passing by the waste station at Starbucks I perceived the teabag icon as a dongle. I assume it has to do with its proximity to the icon of an apple with a bite, and my indoctrination into the Mac ecosystem in university.
Forgetting your dongle was almost worse than forgetting your wallet!

I'm starting the month of my 40th birthday with a new painting in a brand new sketchbook, with a brand new ceramic palette, to set an intention of creativity for the coming decade.

Last year I started collecting Grommets, with the intention of binging them once all 7 were out. It was a challenge not to flip through each stunning new issue, but well worth the wait! The trade paperback is coming out next month, so if you missed the singles, I encourage you to check it out!

Gifted myself a few hours at a cafe to write and sketch today. Really helped to clear my head.

Reviewing my results for this fruit ranking trend, I realize I really really like fruit, and I don't know why I don't eat it more often.

I've had a cold for a week now, so I finally caved and bought some cough syrup. I'm still learning to appreciate the taste...

Just began reading my first Brandon Sanderson novel for a book club. He's an author that I've seen a lot of praise for, so I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of worlds he builds.
Would love to hear any thoughts or suggestions for his other works!

Dinner at a 96 year-old's house the other night was a good reminder to use the good dishes, and enjoy life.
