Oookay...but this guy votes against anything that will help keep people healthy. SNAP (food is a pretty basic health need), vaccines, etc.

Also, no idea what the payment mechanism could be, but if it's a plain old check, it won't be enough for a policy. It'll end up getting spent on other necessities that his govt is cutting.

I, for one, simply cannot wait to negotiate, on my own, a healthcare insurance policy from Aetna, UHC, BCBS or any of those other behemoths who are famously responsive to individuals and their needs.
