I think this is partly a naming trend, what is basically the same degree might be called variations on supply chain/operations/logistics management depending on where and when you got it

I'm on the opposite end - my mom's youngest cousin is about 10 years older than me and my youngest cousin is currently in the 2nd grade lol. we do all refer to each other as "cousins" regardless of generation though, aunt/uncle is reserved for the great-aunts
