Oh my ... this person was banned from a music-related discord server (that I'm sort of a known member of) a while back for "repeated rule violations" e.g. telling people to kill themselves and stalking users ... in fact the whole server seemed to rally around to approve of the ban after it happened

Alternative hosting servers. Like Mastodon instances. Basically, they still use the site, she just doesn't get to ban anyone anymore.
