Greg Roman hate back on the timeline completes me. This man had everyone fooled again in year one. After years of me screaming about his unwillingness to adapt, grow, or make adjustments.

Even 216 today - I need to lose .22 pounds per day and 46 pounds total to hit my 180 again by the time baseball season comes around. For reference, I hit a 51-pound-per-day loss and a 75.4-pound total loss last year, from March to September. This should be light work. #weightloss

I’ve hit the sick fuck level in my weight lifting journey. Instead of rolling over and going back to bed I got up to go to the gym…it isn’t open yet.

We have hit half way in this weight loss journey 🔥🔥
We had some set backs but we always bounced back. Our goal is 200 and we will hit that goal.
I have some before and after but keep in mind my before photos were not even at my heaviest (I was too embarrassed to take them) 🤌🤌
