It makes sense that the reason GOP turned on trump on Epstein is that they know that the Epstein estate has the goods that they have not released. This is how they are forcing the issue if DOJ releases cleaned up versions they will release docs to contradict them and prove they are lying again.

My theory is that they all know that the Epstein files will be the fall of trump and MAGA as they know it. These people are bent on survival of their employment and sense of power. They are going to try and sanitize their names just as MTG is trying to do now.

That level of stupidity cant be trained out it is a function of having a law enforcement agency labeled Homeland Security giving its members a feeling of being above the law for the sake of national security. This breeds idiots.

After ICE was formed they were so eager to make a name for themselves as a real fed LE agency yet were and continue to be incompetent. In the early years they had an informant who was a Juarez cartel op that was literally calling in hits right across the border while in their squad car.
