I’ve spent quite a bit of time reading up on what’s been happening and thinking about the implications for Cambridge… Photo: Me walking along Coldham’s Brook 💧

While our current priority should likely be specialist schools, we need to be thinking about each individual child and what works for them!

This problem has been caused by complacency from national government. Earlier this week, I was on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire to talk about how it’s important that we have dedicated schools for children with special educational needs AND provision for them in mainstream schools.

At the most recent full council meeting, I put forward a proposal to take substantive action towards protecting local residents’ access to the local authority that will go on to oversee Cambridge 💚 Labour would rather just complain and blame others 🤣🤣🤣

I want local democracy to remain local, something that Labour have actively worked to compromise!
