Purpose of PQS recognised as patient safety, patient experience, and clinical effectiveness. Consistency of service provision, sustainability, and wider system integration were also considered important.

Nearly all chain pharmacies participated in #PQS, lower engagement from independents (16.5%). Income via PQS important motivator.
