gotcha. does the expanded supply scenario's elasticity assumption also then depend on matching rates of housing production and population growth averaged within the whole metro area?

how does your regional-level model control for the requirement that tulsa remoters are required to purchase/rent properties within city limits? can you also share the geography utilized overall?
