Excellent pun!! Though I feel a bit disingenuous claiming to be any sort of eldritch horror when I'm clearly a total softie who'd hand out full sized candy bars and offer a whole cauldron of spiced apple cider to my neighborhood if it were within my power.

I've been meaning to write a thread abt this but I like to use alt text as a tiny little writing exercise for myself, "how can I describe this quickly, clearly, and sensually" for someone who can't see it/wants context. I'm not great at summarizing stuff but practice helps! Esp sexy practice.

I love putting Easter eggs into my alt text sometimes, to reward people for taking a peek. I figure if folks who don't need it get used to using it, they're more likely to make the effort. It's soooo helpful for so many different reasons!
