This one was free. It doesn’t actually get plugged in, so it doesn’t need to work. Good luck finding one. Im so excited to inspire someone else with this idea, because it has been so helpful for me.

The bottom fridge part is where I keep my works in progress at a leather hard stage. The freezer is where my finished stuff goes. It takes a long time to get to bone dry in there. Sometimes I leave the door open to speed up the process. But I rarely have cracked pieces!

Brilliant idea! I will try that next time!

An old beer fridge I got for free in craigslist. Now it serves as a damp box for my pottery to stay leather hard while Im working on it.

The magic of layering and luck

I don’t sell (yet!) because Im a full time working mom with young kids. Making enough pieces to sell is a bit outside my capabilities. But hopefully someday!

Thank you! I use an extruder, because pulling handles is such a pain. And in pottery, if it doesn’t bring joy, I don’t do it 😅

My faves for creating the “magic”. I love depth in my glazes.

Just a hobby right now, but maybe someday!
