In August, local trans organizers from Texas asked us to come down and help them stage their own bathroom sit in. We flew down the very next day and supported their first direct action.

Trans folks administered their hormones in front of the Supreme Court, we appropriated gender reveal smoke, and nine of us (including a parent of a trans kid!) were arrested for blocking the street in front of the court.

In preparation for the Skirmetti decision, we were on standby. We knew if it was a bad decision that we would show up the way that GLM does. When they ruled to uphold the ban on gender affirming care, we did an action on the steps of SCOTUS.
