Usually season pork force meat is sold like this, inside a natural casing as Medisterpølse. I like this as is, but I've also used it to make meatballs in the past. In these days, though I'd feel bad about wasting the casing, so I was actually happy about finding some in another shape.

I don’t know what they’re called but these ones are terrible. They always end up looking pre-eaten every time I cook them because they fall apart.
