Too late for what? His inability to frame an argument is scandalous. Women having children "too late" is not a fertility crisis. We assume he means trying to conceive, and finding it is too late. There are social.and economic.reasons for.this, but what are the reasons for his stupidity?

I am very old and unused to the interweb, but did I really just see someone publicly publish the statement that "all women should be imprisoned", and no one has sufficient editorial control to blue pencil this remark nor sufficient legal nous to arrest him?

Probably makes most.sense in UK to learn Arabic or Urdu, as they are "lingua franca" for huge numbers of people, and shared knowledge.might help to bond diverse communities and lessen hostility.

If you threaten to take excavated objects into public custody, people will stop revealing what they have found. Private sales can be made with little or no provenance, and Scholars will not have a chance to examine the objects. Need to find another way.

Being female is not an excuse. It rather.smacks o "queen bee" syndrome. She could have turned down the gig and recommended any number of actual experts to replace her.

That does t make it right! Foreground, and pay, the actual experts. Dont create "presenter personalities" who skate over their lack of actual knowledge and still pocket the check, and profit from the kudos.

This program is clearly aimed at people who "generally" watch chanel 4, and the chanel supremos have made an editorial decision not to employ an actual expert in the subject area to be the "face" of the programme (and chief salary beneficiary). This decision is wrong. End of.

Maybe rather that role playing, we should teach history, and get.students to look at the actual evidence of how people did justify these actions, then apply critical thinking to examine its failures?

The point is that "general audiences" ought to be presented with expertise, not with spoon fed mashed down versions of ideas, presented by people who are ourselves their area of knowledge.

I was "bright but lazy" till I was about 13, and then remember a moment of almost spiritual realisation about how to pay attention in class and "read" what the teachers wanted. Changed my life. Not diagnosed till now though.
