I also made the drawings for the case stamps! They were born from an idea I had drawn on a sketch for the endpapers that wasn't chosen, and I was delighted to be able to use it in this way, many thanks to Devan Norman for the opportunity to do so!

Aferah, for a personal project, 2017
Aferah, an illustration by Eleonor Piteira of a woman in profile standing on a desert. The traditional version of the illustration I painted digitally last year, now as I had first envisioned it :)

If you've known my work for a while you might recognize the illustration, I made it in 2020 and Víctor and Xosé licensed it to use on their book as the cover :)
