Happy Brexit Day folks! I cannot believe it's been 6 years already.
As we edge closer to "brexit day" starting midnight 31st Jan, I'm reminded of how an old neighbour in London sent me this clip of his british sovereignty that was delivered, bang on time - in fairness, the next day.

I'm also minded to share my Favourite Brexit Benefits 🧵

"Happy Brexit day"!

One of the most popular british blogs on brexit is Chris Greys "brexit" blog.

Going for 10+ years, it's well written but as a European outsider looking in, the underlying logic is utterly bonkers and ironically, provides an insight into why the UK is still in a massive mess.

SO weird seeing educated smart people amplify tell-from-a-mile-off-AI-gen crap on FB! And always about Karoline Leavitt being silenced by [insert celeb who would *never* be at a WH presser]. How do they reckon Leavitt can have a massive on-camera - AND YET SECRET - fight with Cher or Prince William?

Excellent thread on how "Labours Brexit"....not "Farage's Brexit" is the biggest problem the UK faces today.

Strangely enough or not, most of the pushback I get on the current economic situation comes from anonymous accounts. Who want to claim that life was a paradise until recently. Perfect segue btw into a Reform argument that if only we got rid of the immigrants etc etc

The whole document is premised on the Putin-Xi vision of a “multipolar world”

Trump’s new war on Europe
A new strategy statement from the US makes clear that America is imploding, and that its main enemies are not Russia or China but Europe’s democracies

Fraser Nelson is the latest Farage apologist to dismiss the racism allegations against him, saying that there's never been any evidence of him ever being racist as an adult.

Just completely untrue. There is extensive undeniable evidence of it www.adambienkov.co.uk/p/nigel-fara...
Nigel Farage Is a Racist
The media is refusing to state the most bleedingly obvious facts about a man whose entire career has been devoted to pursuing a racist political agenda
