I’m not constipated, I go daily. But it’s like…the consistency of it isn’t healthy, it’s always a mess, and my body makes me keep pushing even after I feel done so I’m like stuck in the bathroom for 15-25min each time 😭

God, I miss those days. Idk what’s wrong with my bowels the past few months but it’s literally miserable every time.
