Add to that the overall crummy feeling I had for most of last week with my birthday… It just hasn't been an amazing week and is probably worst birthday in many years. I need to make a lot of big changes next year to get my life back on track.

Like, legit, it was still a lot of fun catching up with friends, doing the pool party (first time ever actually wearing my one piece swimsuit), and vibing with some cuddles… but this cough has just been making it annoying all weekend.
