It feels like so much of the AI app space is just devs coming up with problems that can already be easily solved or have already been solved.

If you were to build an AI app or have an idea for one, what would it be?

The other idea was maybe some kind of DJ mixing app where you drop a song in and then it pulls up a list of songs in your library that can be mixed next. idk I personally enjoy that part of DJing so it's not really something I would use myself.

The closest I've come is a pizza ordering app since my close group of friends have a movie night and all of us are either working late or driving to get to said event and we have to juggle who can call / pickup.

Click on search and then enter any combination of words you could imagine, go ahead, try it. Grab a random book on your shelf and input a random paragraph (as long as it's less than 3200 characters)

libraryofbabel.info is another example, it contains blocks of 3200 characters of every sentence that has ever been or will be written. Somewhere hidden in this website are the literal steps to solve any problem, as long as it can be contained within 3200 characters.
Library of Babel
A project towards a universal library. By this art you may contemplate the variation of the 23 letters.

If you convert it to strings it's every word, every book, every movie that ever existed or will exist, it contains all the answers to all of your problems, written out perfectly, if only there was enough time and energy to find it.

I think that’s what most don’t get about art and creative jobs, they feel good to do. A lot of that is the reason people do them. Need to cut the first 20 seconds off a track and you have 60 tracks to go though? Perfect job for an AI, doing the repetitive parts, not the actually satisfying work.

In a non-text editor app (so visually based?) I would expect the undo feature to work in either scenario, but would expect backspace to be softer than delete.
