The vast majority of friends in my area (let's say within 1-2 hours) live either with parents like me or one with an older landlord. Makes it harder. One friend does still just hang out but she's a family friend and knows my parents well too. Other friends are scattered upwards of 5 hours away

Weird how people forget other humans. Brainstorm with a friend, a colleague, ask your mum, (and I don't mean ask your mum in a sarky way I thoroughly enjoy teasing out problems with mine although I know that's not the case for everyone). I promise it's actually fun 🤦🏼‍♀️

This is so hard to do but yeah absolutely and it's strange and sometimes kinda frustrating but you gotta let it stew sometimes
