Bondi was Florida AG when Acosta gave the deal to Epstein. I really don‘t think there‘s much of a difference. Being a child sex trafficker and protecting one are both despicable

We only started, and I too enjoy it, but as someone who also worked on a historic show, the anachronistic dialogue was a bit off putting. There are so many curse words from the 19th c. F*uck is not one of them and have it 5 times in 3 minutes is a bit too much. I wonder who consulted on this show

I also thought about it. I think he will have to swear her in before a vote, but I won’t be surprised if he find another excuse

Welcome to the club. It’s annoying as hell, but it subsides over time. Don’t feed the trolls and you’ll survive it

Just a note Kevin, scholars and Jews are now leaning to use the term antisemitism (without the hyphen), as treating semitism as something real kind of accept the nazi logic that there is something to be anti about. Loosing the hyphen is now the way to go

I would have recommended him to read Landon Storrs, the second red scare, but I’m not sure he will understand it

Yes, the same. She’s the perfect example of never meet your heroes

She came to our campus a few years ago and met with students. I will just say that the experience was very underwhelming for all, if not out right disappointlong. She is not a good teacher in the classroom.

I'm the first to admit that Cleveland is not like Pittsburgh, but to argue that a city with a world-rated art museum, orchestra, public library, and theater district did not invest in civil institutions is a joke. There were other billionaires in Cleveland, not just Rockefeller.

coming from an ashkenazi Jewish family, many of my closest “aunts” and “uncles” are distant cousins of my parents and grandparents. why people don’t understand that we don’t open a family tree every time you spend time with relatives? And that some of those are family friends who became family?
