I was walking aimlessly down bleeker street as one does on a lovely fall evening in NY. There was a sandwich board that said $1.50 oysters until we run out…. So there was purpose to my walk after all.

I live in near this intersection. The city crews are under pressure to do this or risk losing needed state funds. This is extortion by the state. DeSantis and his goons in the state legislature should be ashamed of themselves and if they won’t then we should shame them every day.

Just watched Marvel Thunderbolts. This did not need to be a movie. It could have been a 30 minute What if... episode with Yelena and Bob working out their issues. Setting the climatic scene in NY at the Avengers Tower was just sad. Valentina had so many better secret sites.

I've posted several replies to posts about Cracker Barrel. I have nothing against Cracker Barrel. I've eaten there a few times in the past couple of years and the food is decent and the service is good. My responses have been to dispel the nonsense that Cracker Barrel has some unique iconic position
