Set a fire in the fucking stairwell. Definitely don’t feel bad about calling the fire department and kicking them out. That was so unsafe to you and everyone else around. People can’t be doing that.

This kinda makes me want to get some spare blankets to have just in case I came across somebody trying to stay warm in the stairwell. I haven’t come across anybody doing it in my building (but I’m sure it happens bc it does elsewhere around here) but I’d prefer someone take a blanket than-

I wouldn’t feel bad, literally putting your home and everyone else’s at risk is not fucking ok. Abandoned buildings burn down all the time because of this. It’s sad as hell people are forced to have to do this to stay warm, but you can’t be burning people’s shit down.
