I’m in the exact same boat - I’m newer to Eddie, but he’s everything I love about pro wrestling. The hate he can show with his eyes, the passion in his promos.. I feel like if they ever decide to put the world title on him it would be one of, if not the, best moments in AEW’s history.

Gran Naniwa single-handedly got me into wrestling outside of the United States. I just sort of fell in love with the idea of someone wrestling in a crab mask. 33 is way too young to go.

…Why do they keep Dunne around? Is it just because he’s young and to keep him from working elsewhere? I’m happy for the guy that he has a job but he’s so damn talented that selfishly, I want to see him getting more opportunities to have the kind of matches he’s really capable of.

I love that they’ve always looked like a couple of low level punks that Jean Claude Van Damme would split-punch in the dicks 15 minutes into a direct-to-vhs movie. The Nasties are unironically my favorite tag team ever.

No, he’s just kind of been there and it sucks because I love the guy. I really feel like he’s still going to be fine though. I’m glad they’re building up guys like Fletcher and Garcia. Maybe this tournament leads to him going back to the Okada of old after he looks at how everything has shook out 🤷🏻♂️

Fletcher won via dickkick, the sky isn’t falling. Did you hear the crowd? Maybe I’m just naive, but I feel like Okada will be the biggest star in the company the minute he eventually turns face.

He looked and moved around really weird. Not a bad thing though, a unique thing and that’s the best. Kinda looked like an old bottle of Michelob tumbling around the mat. Loved it.
