I think this is true but I think there's also implicitly a belief that the fastest way to improve a formal / qualitative take is to continue deepening the methodical approach, rather than a contrastive approach with conclusions reached through other methods!

keep in mind that we only get the 2016 comey reopening of the clinton email investigation due to weiner's laptop being seized in the election runup so in some sense we may have Nuzzi to blame for all of this

the cars quite often pick up people near where they drop others off. i would estimate that when i see them, around 3/4 have someone in them. they also surely remove parked cars from the street compared to Ubers, as they park at a remote depot.

I think in part in say, calculators, the benefit of a positive reputation accrues, and the outperformance comes more from a capital-like store of excellent choices than an operations-based continued performance

calculators did end up with a moat though, no? HP owned financial calculators (good ergonomics, RPN) while TI got a lock on the graphing and education markets…
